Location: Franklin, TN (In-Person)
Company: Workout Anytime 24/7 Franklin
Compensation: $14/hour + Free Gym Membership
Schedule: Part-Time (25-35 hours/week)
Growth Path: Opportunity to move into a full-time role ($40K+) within 36 months based on performance

This is not a sit behind a desk internship.
You will be working inside the gym, capturing real people, real transformations, and helping us grow both our membership base and the T.H.R.I.V.E Podcast.
Key Responsibilities- Capture and create content inside the gym
- Produce short-form content (Reels, TikToks, clips)
- Assist with podcast content
- Help drive gym membership growth
- Coordinate local partnerships and events
- Maintain content calendar
- Engage with members
- Track content performance
Qualifications- Interest in fitness, marketing, or content creation
- Experience with Canva or similar tools
- Familiarity with editing tools preferred
- Comfortable interacting with people
- Organized and self-motivated
