Kids Fitness Coach & Birthday Party Host

My Gym · Glastonbury, CT · Part-time · $18–$20/hr

We're hiring an energetic Kids Fitness Coach to lead classes for children ages 6 months-10 years, host birthday parties, and be a familiar face families come back for. My Gym Glastonbury is part of a growing multi-location group, which means real room to grow.

No My Gym experience needed - we give you full paid training from day one.

What a typical shift looks like: You arrive at 3pm, run a toddler tumbling class, MC a 7-year-old's birthday party, then coach a gymnastics group. No two days are the same, and the kids will never forget you.

WHAT YOU'LL DO

  • Lead kids' fitness, gymnastics, and movement classes (ages 6 months – 10 years)
  • Host and MC birthday parties and special events (this is genuinely the most fun part of the job)
  • Build relationships with families - you become someone they look forward to seeing
  • Represent My Gym at community and mobile programs

YOU MIGHT BE A GREAT FIT IF YOU HAVE EXPERIENCE IN

  • Coaching, sports, dance, gymnastics, or martial arts
