Gym or sales experience mandatory! Our busy indoor cycling studio in Long Beach is seeking Rider Support Staff!
Our sales staff members are rock stars who are passionate about fitness, experienced in membership sales, are "virtual huggers and high-fivers" and are memorable to our riders.
We offer an unparalleled experience in our overall approach to hospitality, providing genuine service, and require excellent listening and communication skills to anticipate rider's needs. We build relationships within our community by providing a warm, friendly, and welcoming environment.
You:
  • Always smiling
  • Greet guests by name upon arrival and departure
  • Provide encouragement pre and post class
  • Give one-on-one assistance in bike set up (must be comfortable and able to learn proper bike set up)
  • Give the warmest possible welcome to our new riders
  • Make sure our members and repeat riders feel valued and recognized every time they visit
  • Active listener
  • Can learn our different price points and articulate and suggest the best options to riders -- SALES EXPERIENCE MANDATORY!

  • ARE WILLING TO KEEP OUR STUDIO SPOTLESS
  • Experience at a fitness studio

  • The job entails sales (memberships & retail), cat-like reflexes, multi-tasking, and a LOT of sweaty cleanup, but it is a fun environment with an awesome staff and loyal group of riders.
  • We are open 7 days a week, early in the morning on weekdays and weeknights, as well as morning to afternoon on weekends and holidays. We NEVER close. Responsible, punctual and positive personalities are a must! Benefits are FREE rides at the studio!!
  • We are looking for part-time staff members to pick up all shifts during the week (early am and pm) and on the weekends. We look forwarding to hearing from you!
