Responsibilities
  • Provide the "royal" customer service experience to all children, parents, coaches and other non-members at the facility.
  • Create an excellent first impression of the company by providing a warm welcome, and by maintaining a pleasant disposition at all times.
  • Maintain order by tracking and monitoring students' attendance using the provided tools.
  • Handle location in-person inquiries, group class registrations, drop-in class, and other programs offered by the School.
  • Communicate with first-timers to understand their experience and sign them up for a program.
  • Respond to any concerns patiently and with an open mind.
  • Help the gym area for practice remain clean and organized.
  • Carry out shipping duties once per week, including collecting and packing orders at the storage unit.

Requirements
Requirements:
  • Experience with client relations and/or sales is highly valued.
  • Experience being a receptionist.
  • Accountable and always ready to help.
  • Ability to work with a diverse range of people.

Benefits
This position involves working directly with children between the ages of 4-14. Due to the nature of the position itself and the exposure to children, we are unable to consider applicants with criminal records that would jeopardize their ability to be around or interact with children.
This is a part-time position, based in Los Angeles, California. Please apply only if you have a valid driver's license and a vehicle of your own. Work hours will depend on the gym you are posted to. Locations and times will be discussed during the first interview.
Our Hiring Process
This role involves three interviews. We aspire to ensure that no more than three days elapse between each stage, but delays may occur. Please keep this in mind when applying for the role.
