OVERVIEW:
As a Groundskeeper for Dietz Property Group, you are determined to ensure that our residents have safe, comfortable apartments and community and that they are happy with the level of service they receive. When a resident moves out, you take great pride in helping the team make it move-in ready for the next resident. You enjoy interacting with people and are known for being calm, friendly, responsive, and capable, you promptly address any concerns that arise in the apartments of current residents and make the appropriate handyman repairs.
In addition to residents and coworkers, you communicate with vendors and outside contractors. Each shift brings a combination of daily checklists and unexpected surprises. You love that you are never bored! And, most of all, you feel great about the important part you play in our success as the face of our property management company!
QUALIFICATION FOR A Dietz Property Group GROUNDSKEEPER
  • We are looking for someone to have some previous laborer experience and a great team attitude.
  • Examples of some other positions out there that share similar skills necessary for this position are: parks & rec groundskeepers, park laborers, park rangers, general maintenance, landscapers, general laborers, and even experience as a maintenance tech.
  • The most important is having a commitment to the core values and purpose outlined at the beginning of this ad.
  • Current, Valid driver's license is required.
  • A strong work ethic and desire to help the Team is essential.
