Job Summary
The job of Building/Grounds Maintenance Person, MHSP is done for the purpose(s) of maintaining attractive grounds area(s); ensuring the availability of required equipment. Protecting against erosion; maintaining grounds for assemblies and/or recreational activities; ensuring assignments are completed in a safe, proper and timely manner and directing assigned workers as necessary.

• Letter(s) of Recommendation (One (1) Letters of Recommendation are required and must be signed by the author. The signature block must include the author's name and title/relationship to the applicant. Letters must be dated within the last 2 years prior to the position closing date. One letter from a supervisor is preferred.)
