Job Description
PURPOSE OF THE JOB
Merchandises products, which includes stocking shelves, rotating shelved product, setting up displays, cooler stocking/rotation, storage room organization, and movement of products from storage to the sales floor.
RESPONSIBILITIES/DUTIES
  • Merchandises store shelving, coolers, and displays with Pepsi products in accounts assigned by a supervisor.
  • Maintains backroom stock in a neat and orderly condition.
  • Communicates issues to supervisor and co-workers.
  • Other duties as assigned.

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS
  • High school diploma or GED highly preferred.
  • Retail industry work experience preferred.
  • Must have the ability to adapt to a constantly-changing environment.
  • Customer service skills required.
  • Must have good oral and written communication skills.
  • Must have good math skills.
  • Must be able to work under pressure.
  • Must have good interpersonal skills.
  • Must be able to work under pressure and without direct supervision.
  • Must have good driving habits.
  • Valid driver's license is required.
  • Must be able to meet PBV driving qualifications.
  • Must be able to work hours necessary to complete assigned tasks.

ESSENTIAL MENTAL AND PHYSICAL FUNCTIONS
Mental Functions
Repetitive job requiring frequent, but nor more than normal mental or visual effort or alertness.
Physical Functions
Constantly (67%-100%) required to stand, lift up to 85 pounds, load, and push/pull 300 - 2400 pounds with the assistance of a pallet jack; as well as bend, reach and squat while merchandising and moving products. Frequently (34%-66%) required to walk. Occasionally (0%-33%) required to sit.

Vehicle, hand truck, store floats, pallet jacks, label gun, telephone, calculator, Point of Purchase materials, computer reports, cardboard bailers, various types of vending equipment, and general office equipment.

Must be able to speak, read, and comprehend English.
