This role requires the ability to effectively coach and engage multiple members in a group fitness setting while maintaining strong time management, communication, and motivational skills. The Coach confidently represents the Orangetheory Fitness brand by delivering exceptional coaching experiences, fostering meaningful member relationships, and supporting member retention and engagement. This role partners closely with the studio team to contribute to sales and retention goals, maintain a welcoming and inclusive studio environment, and ensure a seamless member experience before, during, and after classes. The Coach must possess a well-rounded understanding of fitness principles, including endurance, strength, and power training, and effectively utilize Orangetheory programming, technology, and coaching tools to optimize member performance, safety, and results.
