Overview

Graduate by Hilton Princeton is seeking a reliable, team-oriented Busser to support our Food & Beverage team in delivering exceptional guest experiences. The Busser plays a vital role in maintaining a clean, organized, and efficient dining environment. This position ensures tables are promptly cleared and reset, assists servers with guest needs, and helps maintain overall cleanliness and flow of the restaurant. The ideal candidate is proactive, detail-oriented, and thrives in a fast-paced hospitality setting.

Responsibilities
  • Clear and reset tables quickly and efficiently to maintain table turnover

  • Maintain cleanliness of dining areas, service stations, and restaurant floors

  • Refill water glasses and assist with basic guest needs as directed by servers

  • Support servers with food delivery and table maintenance when needed

  • Stock service stations with glassware, silverware, napkins, and condiments

  • Remove trash and transport dishes to dishwashing areas

  • Follow all food safety, sanitation, and cleanliness standards

  • Collaborate with front- and back-of-house team members to ensure smooth service

Qualifications
  • Previous restaurant or hospitality experience preferred but not required

  • Strong work ethic and ability to work in a fast-paced environment

  • Team-oriented attitude with strong communication skills

  • Ability to remain on feet for extended periods and lift up to 30 lbs

  • Flexible availability, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
