Glenwild Golf Club and Spa in Park City, UT is looking to hire a full-time or part-time Spa Receptionist for the golf season (approximately May to mid-September). A DAY IN THE LIFE OF A SPA RECEPTIONIST

As a Spa Receptionist at our exclusive private golf club, your day begins with a warm greeting to members and guests as they enter our tranquil spa oasis. You'll manage spa reservations with precision, ensuring every appointment is seamlessly scheduled to perfection. Throughout the day, you'll be the friendly face at the front desk, assisting guests with inquiries, handling payments with finesse, and providing information about our luxurious spa services and promotions. You'll maintain spa areas with the necessary supplies and product inventory. Ensuring spa entry rooms are immaculate at all times. Collaborating closely with our talented spa therapists, you'll ensure that each guest's experience is nothing short of extraordinary, from the moment they step through our doors until they depart feeling rejuvenated and refreshed. With your impeccable organizational skills and genuine passion for wellness, you'll play a pivotal role in creating unforgettable moments of relaxation and bliss for our cherished members and guests.

QUALIFICATIONS

Ideal qualifications for this role include previous experience in customer service or hospitality, preferably within a spa or similar setting. Strong communication and interpersonal skills are essential, along with a friendly and professional demeanor. Excellent organizational abilities and attention to detail are crucial for managing spa reservations and coordinating services effectively. Proficiency in computer systems and software, flexibility to work weekends and holidays, and a genuine passion for wellness and guest satisfaction are also highly valued. While certification in CPR and First Aid is preferred, it's not mandatory.

WORK SCHEDULE

Weekend availability required. Schedule: Thursday through Sunday.
