WHAT OUR SERVERS DO 

Our Servers provide efficient and friendly service to Guests, ensuring a positive dining experience. You’ll take orders, deliver food and beverages, and maintain high standards of cleanliness and professionalism. 

A SERVER’S DAY-TO-DAY 

  • Welcome Guests and ensure they are comfortable. 
  • Engage with Guests in a friendly and professional manner. 
  • Take food and beverage orders accurately and deliver items promptly. 
  • Provide menu knowledge, make recommendations, and upsell when appropriate. 
  • Adhere to state liquor laws and park policies when serving alcoholic beverages. 
  • Ensure proper cash handling in accordance with company policy. 
  • Perform basic cleaning tasks to maintain a clean and organized work environment. 
  • Work collaboratively with team members to ensure smooth service. 
  • Perform other duties as assigned to support food and beverage operations. 

WHAT IT TAKES 

  • Minimum 21 years of age (or as required by state liquor laws). 
  • Strong communication and customer service skills. 
  • Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment. 
  • Must pass TIPs training and Food Handlers training within 30 days of hire. 
  • High school diploma or equivalent (or currently enrolled in high school). 
  • Preferred: Previous serving or hospitality experience.
