WHAT OUR ADMISSIONS SUPERVISORS DO

Admissions Supervisors oversee daily admissions operations, ensuring Guests receive a seamless, welcoming, and efficient entry experience. You’ll lead Admissions Attendants, maintain operational standards, handle Guest concerns, and ensure all ticketing, POS, and access procedures are executed accurately and professionally.

AN ADMISSIONS SUPERVISOR’S DAYTODAY
  • Supervise and support Admissions Attendants to ensure exceptional Guest service at all entry points
  • Ensure admissions areas are staffed, opened on time, operated efficiently, and closed properly
  • Oversee ticket sales, pass processing, scanning procedures, and wristband distribution
  • Monitor POS transactions to ensure accuracy, PCI compliance, and adherence to park procedures
  • Assist Guests with questions, concerns, and escalated service issues in a professional manner
  • Conduct daily inspections of admissions areas to ensure cleanliness, organization, and safety
  • Train, coach, and develop admissions team members to maintain service and performance standards
  • Audit POS handlers and admission procedures to ensure system accuracy and Guest engagement
  • Monitor park communications, including phones and radio traffic, to support smooth operations
  • Ensure compliance with park policies, prohibiteditem protocols, and security procedures
  • Maintain accurate records, logs, and documentation related to admissions operations
  • Partner with leadership to manage labor hours, supplies, and operational costs
  • Act as a role model by demonstrating Lucky Strike Entertainment’s core values
  • Assist other departments as needed to support overall park operations
  • Perform additional duties as assigned by leadership
WHAT IT TAKES
  • Must be at least 18 years of age
  • At least one year of supervisory or lead experience in Guest service, admissions, retail, or hospitality
  • Strong leadership, communication, and problemsolving skills
  • Experience handling Guest and employee concerns professionally
  • Proficient with POS systems, computers, cash handling, and electronic devices
  • Ability to work flexible schedules, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Reliable transportation to and from scheduled shifts

WORK ENVIRONMENT / PHYSICAL DEMANDS 

Typical entertainment and waterpark environment where you’ll walk, bend, and stand for extended periods, and may lift objects with some assistance. You’ll work outdoors in various weather conditions and remain highly alert throughout your shift.

The pay range for this position is $18.00 to $19.50 per hour.
