Job Summary
Responsible for delivering exceptional dining and drinking experiences in the restaurant, bar and golf course. Responds to all guests with a cheerful and helpful attitude with the goal of maximizing and enriching the customer experience. Collaborates with other restaurant staff to foster efficient service. Responsible for selling food and beverage items to golfers and other outdoor venue customers.
Essential Functions
1. Greets customers promptly; presents menu, makes recommendations, and answers questions regarding beverages and food.
2. Takes guest beverage and/or food orders and inputs orders accurately in the point-of-sale (POS) system.
3. Prepares and serves alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages in a consistent manner according to drink recipes and in accordance with federal, state and local regulations.
4. Retrieves and delivers food and beverage orders in a timely manner.
5. Replenishes beverages and ensures guest satisfaction throughout the meal service.
6. Maintains bar area in an attractive and functional manner to support efficient drink preparation. Keeps bar stocked at all times.
7. Clears plates at the appropriate time.
8. Makes certain the serving station is well-stocked at all times.
9. Presents the check and responsible for all transactions including receiving payment and accurately counting back change.
10. Responds graciously to guest service issues and reports the situation to restaurant management.
11. Replenishes beverage cart with fresh items and ensures cart is clean and organized.
12. Conducts oneself in a professional manner with the awareness that all actions and communications are within guests' view.
13. Maintains a clean and organized section, service station and dining room.
14. Perform secondary responsibilities, such as clearing/cleaning tables, to aid other restaurant staff.
15. Complete opening, ongoing, and closing duties as assigned.
16. Performs related duties as directed when such duties are a logical and appropriate assignment to the position.

EDUCATION, EXPERIENCE AND OTHER REQUIREMENTS
Must be at least 18 years old.

Previous bartending, serving, and/or customer service experience preferred.
Must pass a Federal/National criminal background check and credit check. Must have a valid Texas driver's license with an acceptable driving record as defined by City policy.
Must pass a pre-employment basic physical, drug screen, and functional assessment screening (Level 2).
