About the Family

We are a dynamic, on-the-go, loving family of four based in Short Hills, NJ. We have two school-aged children (12 & 10) and a lively 50 lb Bernedoodle. While both parents have demanding careers, we place a high value on maintaining a well-organized, tidy home. Our home is well-supported with other household help, but as busy parents, we are looking for the right person to act as an extension of us, and keep the household running smoothly, especially during times when one parent is traveling.

We're looking for a warm, energetic, and self-sufficient person who can truly become part of our family's rhythm. Our home runs best with someone who's organized, proactive, and comfortable taking the lead - whether that's keeping household systems on track, helping with daily routines, or shuttling the kids to sports and activities.

More than completing tasks, we want someone who brings a friendly, engaging presence to our home. Someone our kids enjoy being around and can rely on. The right person will blend into our family with ease, offering the same level of care, attention, and support we would - and helping create a positive, nurturing environment for everyone.
