This 4-operatory office is fully digital, with CBCT, Trios scanner, 3D printing, and intraoral cameras, and is entirely PPO/FFS. The practice sees 60+ new patients per month and provides comprehensive in-house care, including implants, molar endo, All-on-4 cases, and clear aligners. Compensation is simple: 30% of collections as a 1099 independent contractor. Providers have ample opportunity to stay booked and productive, and a working interview is required.
