Key Responsibilities:
- Support, maintain and foster a collaborative, safe and healthy working environment.
- Ensure the highest quality of food is served to our guests at all times.
- Follow the Chow brand recipe and presentation specifications, ensure that recipes are being executed to the appropriate portion size, quality and quantity.
- Maintain the appropriate level of food inventory and station mise-en-place based on business demands.
- Maintain and applies an advanced and current knowledge of dietary allergens and religious dietary restrictions.
- Ensure all stations are clean and meet with food safety standards.
- Ability to train others in cooking techniques.
- Perform other related and compatible duties as assigned.
What you bring:
- Minimum 2 years’ Culinary Experience
- Minimum 2 years’ experience working in a restaurant kitchen, food service environment
- Experience in soup, noodle and wok cooking techniques including stir-frying, deep frying and sautéing, marinating, braising
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
