Position Description

As a Technician at Incredible Food & Fun, you will play a key role in keeping the fun going by repairing and maintaining a variety of games and attractions, including go-karts, bumper cars, and arcade games. This role involves preventative maintenance, as well as electrical and mechanical repairs, to ensure all equipment is safe, clean, and operating at its best. You will work under the Head Technician and General Manager to support a smooth operation and an exceptional guest experience.

  • 2+ years of experience in the game room industry as a Technician is preferred but not required
  • Ability to repair and maintain amusement equipment, including go-karts, bumper cars, and video games
  • Strong working knowledge of electrical systems and computer equipment repair
  • Strong critical thinking and troubleshooting skills
  • Ability to order parts and maintain inventory
  • Physically able to move supplies and equipment as needed
  • Keep tools and equipment clean, organized, and well-maintained
  • Perform tasks as assigned by the Technician Manager
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Provide friendly and courteous interactions with customers
  • Maintain a well-groomed, professional appearance
