Employees in part-time recreational or 'fun' roles often face challenges such as managing fluctuating schedules to match peak activity times, adapting quickly to different age groups or participant needs, and maintaining high energy throughout their shifts. Collaborating effectively with full-time staff and other part-timers is also essential to ensure smooth operations and consistent program quality.
