Summary:

A Crew member is a sales oriented position responsible for providing quality guest service in all areas of the Fun Center including: Guest Services, Redemption, Special Events and Parties, Laser Tag, Elements, Carts, or Concessions.

Primary Responsibilities

  1. Maintains high level of customer satisfaction to meet Coming Attractions Theatres standards including engaging guests, making eye contact, smiling, and giving them your full attention
  2. Understand Fun Center procedures pertaining to Guest Services, Redemption, Special Events, Laser Tag, Elements, Carts, and/or Concessions as assigned
  3. Consistently keep the registration, redemption, and/or concessions area clean, organized and well-stocked.
  4. Ability and willingness to perform all crew and janitorial duties
  5. Sell and process access cards, birthday packages, and/or concession items on point-of-sale terminals and make accurate change
  6. Offer additional elements and/or games to complement guestโ€™s order
  7. Maintain adequate cash funds and notify manager of the need for cash drops
  8. At nightโ€™s end make sure all elements, restrooms, and party room area(s) are empty.
  9. Conduct crowd control
  10. Control inventory levels at concessions and redemption

ADDITIONAL RESPONSIBILITIES

  1. Responsible for other duties as assigned by Management.

  • Ability to read and interpret documents such as; operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals.
  • Ability to follow oral and written instructions.
  • Ability to speak effectively before groups of customers or employees of organization.
  • Have good communication and interpersonal skills, in addition to good client/customer service skills.
  • Ability to work effectively with a team.
  • Ability to perform basic math and cash handling duties.
  • To perform this job successfully, an individual must know how to operate a register and/or computer or be willing to train, be honest and reliable, self-motivated, dependable and be positive in customer relations with the ability to multi-task.

Working Conditions

  • The work for this position is performed mainly inside the fun center.
  • Strong customer service is essential for this position.
  • This position requires routine walking, standing, bending, twisting and carrying items weighing no more than 50 lbs.
  • This position requires availability nights, weekends and holidays.
