DESCRIPTION
Dishwasher & Food Prep
We are looking for a reliable and hardworking person to join our kitchen team. The ideal candidate will ensure all dishes and kitchen equipment are clean, sanitized, and ready for use. This role is critical to maintaining the cleanliness and organization of our back-of-house operations.
Responsibilities:
  • Wash and sanitize dishes
  • Ensure all kitchen equipment and workstations are clean and orderly
  • Assist with basic food prep or kitchen tasks as needed
  • Follow all health and safety guidelines, including proper food handling and sanitation procedures
  • Notify management of any broken or malfunctioning equipment

Requirements:
  • Previous experience in a similar role is a plus, but not required
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Physical stamina to stand for long periods and lift heavy items, up to 60 pounds
  • Strong attention to detail and cleanliness
  • Flexibility to work Saturdays and holidays as needed
