Effective communication is key—most teams rely on asynchronous tools like Slack, Jira, or Trello to keep everyone aligned. You'll likely participate in regular check-ins or sprint meetings, but much of your work will be self-directed, so strong time management and proactive status updates are essential. Familiarity with version control systems like Git, cloud platforms (e.g., AWS), and modern build tools is often required, and certifications in web development can be advantageous. Excellent problem-solving, time management, and communication skills help you collaborate remotely and deliver high-quality code efficiently. These skills ensure you can independently handle end-to-end development tasks while meeting the flexible demands of part-time roles.
