Kilwins Chocolates Kitchen (KCK) – Petoskey

Our flagship location, where handcrafted chocolates, caramel, brittle, fudge, and other Kilwins favorites are made fresh while welcoming guests from around the world.

Downtown Petoskey

Our historic downtown retail store featuring premium ice cream, handcrafted confections, gifts, and one-of-a-kind guest experiences.

Harbor Springs

Our beautiful seasonal waterfront location, open approximately May through September, serving both our local community and summer visitors.

During the interview process, we'll learn about your availability, interests, and experience to determine the location that's the best fit. Many team members also enjoy opportunities to work at more than one location as business needs change throughout the year.

What You'll Do

Every shift is a little different, but you can expect to:

• Welcome every guest with a genuine smile.

• Scoop premium ice cream and create delicious desserts.

• Assist with handcrafted chocolates, fudge, caramel, and other Kilwins favorites.

• Share the Kilwins story and confidently recommend products.

• Accurately operate the register and process transactions.

• Restock merchandise and keep displays looking their best.

• Help maintain a clean, organized, and food-safe environment.

• Work together with your teammates to create memorable guest experiences.

What to Expect

This is an active retail position. Team members should be comfortable:

• Standing and walking throughout most of their shift.

• Frequently lifting up to 25 pounds and occasionally up to 50 pounds with assistance.

• Working in a fast-paced environment, especially during our busy summer season.

• Following food safety and cleanliness standards.

• Working a flexible schedule based on business needs.

Weekends, evenings, and holidays are an essential part of this position. Our busiest times are when families and visitors are making memories together, so team members should expect to be available during these peak business hours. This is not a Monday–Friday, 9:00 a.m.–5:00 p.m. position.

We're hiring for morning, afternoon, evening, and closing shifts, with immediate opportunities for dependable 18+ evening closers.
