Full-Time Hybrid Position | Hand & Stone Massage and Facial Spa - Lehi
Are you a licensed esthetician who loves skincare, people, and sales-and wants a stable, long-term position where you can grow?
Hand & Stone Massage and Facial Spa in Lehi is looking for an outgoing, professional, sales-driven Licensed Esthetician to join our team in a unique full-time hybrid role combining Esthetics and Front Desk/Sales
This position is ideal for someone who wants consistent hours while building and maintaining a strong esthetics clientele.
THE POSITION
Your week will combine front desk/reception shifts and hands-on esthetic services
Front Desk / Sales
  • Approximately 3-4 morning and Mid shifts per week
  • Approximately 15-18 front desk hours per week
  • One Sunday approximately every 6 weeks
  • Greet guests and create an exceptional first impression
  • Answer phones, schedule appointments, and support daily spa operations
  • Educate guests about memberships, services, enhancements, and skincare
  • Confidently sell memberships and upgrades
  • Help convert new guests into long-term Hand & Stone members

Licensed Esthetician
  • Approximately 12-18 facial appointments per week
  • Deliver professional, results-driven facial services
  • Perform thorough consultations and recommend appropriate services
  • Educate clients on skincare and home-care routines
  • Recommend and sell enhancements, upgrades, and retail products
  • Build strong relationships that lead to rebooking and repeat clientele
  • Actively help grow the esthetics side of the business

REQUIREMENTS
  • Current Utah Master Esthetician license

  • Must carry your own current professional liability insurance
  • Strong customer-service and communication skills
  • Comfortable with membership and retail sales
  • Ability to work both front desk and treatment-room responsibilities
  • Willingness to work approximately one Sunday every six weeks

Experience with DiamondGlowยฎ and Dermalogica is a strong plus.
Previous receptionist experience is a strong plus
