We are seeking a dedicated, friendly, and dependable professional Front Desk Agent to join our team and help ensure every guest feels at home from check-in to check-out. The Front Desk Agent is the first point of contact for guests. This role is responsible for providing excellent customer service, handling reservations and payments, and supporting daily hotel operations with professionalism and a positive attitude.


MUST BE AVAILABLE TO WORK A FLEXIBLE SCHEDULE - MONDAY - SUNDAY AS NEEDED

We are looking for a front desk agent for the following shift: Mid Shift 3 pm-11 pm

Compensation:

$16 hourly


Responsibilities:
  • Greet guests upon arrival with a warm and friendly demeanor, ensuring a positive first impression.
  • Manage the check-in and check-out processes efficiently, handling reservations and room assignments.
  • Manage guest reservations, cancellations, and special requests.
  • Provide information about the resort's amenities, services, and local attractions to enhance guest experiences.
  • Address guest inquiries and concerns promptly, demonstrating excellent problem-solving skills.
  • Maintain accurate records of guest information, reservations, and billing details using hotel management software.
  • Handle phone calls with professionalism, utilizing effective phone etiquette to assist guests with their needs.
  • Communicate with housekeeping and maintenance teams to ensure rooms are ready for incoming guests.
  • Uphold the highest standards of cleanliness and organization at the front desk area.
  • Available to work a flexible schedule: day shift, mid-shift, and night shift as needed.

Qualifications:
  • Previous experience in a front desk or guest services role within the hospitality industry is preferred.
  • Strong customer service skills with a focus on creating memorable experiences for guests.
