We’re looking for a part time Front Desk Sales & Member Services representative with strong sales skills to join our team! If you love building relationships and helping people find the right solution for their needs and if you’re motivated by accomplishing goals and supporting business growth, this could be the role for you.

O-fish-ial Summary:
In this position, you’ll be one of the first people families interact with at Goldfish Swim School.  You will be responsible for supporting membership growth and delivering an exceptional family experience through sales, relationship building, and front desk operations.

What success looks like:

  • Growing membership by connecting with prospective families and helping them find the right swim lesson program, contacting new inquiries promptly and converting into memberships
  • Parents trust you as their go-to resource throughout their swim journey and new families feel welcomed, informed and excited to enroll
  • Achieving daily, weekly, and monthly enrollment goals
  • Building relationships with current and prospective members through phone calls, follow-up communication, and in-person interactions
  • Delivering exceptional customer service while answering questions and resolving concerns
  • Processing registrations, scheduling lessons, and supporting front desk operations, maintaining accurate records and assisting with administrative responsibilities
  • Coordinating birthday parties and in-school special events
  • Creating a welcoming, clean, and organized environment for members and guests
  • Supporting a positive team culture and contribute to the overall Goldfish experience
What else should you know?

  • All team members receive Lifeguard, CPR, First Aid, and AED certification
  • Schedule will include at least one weekday evening (until 8:30pm) and one weekend (Saturday/Sunday) shift per workweek
  • The work environment contains a warm, humid pool environment with moderate noise levels
