We are looking for a friendly and organized Front Desk Receptionist to be the welcoming face of our office. This role is essential to our patient experience, serving as the primary point of contact for everyone who walks through our doors or calls our practice. Job Description

Patient Hospitality: Greet and welcome patients in a professional and friendly manner, ensuring a smooth check-in and check-out process.
Communication Management: Answer and direct phone calls, handle patient inquiries, and manage office correspondence.
Scheduling: Coordinate and manage appointments for both doctors and hygiene staff to maintain an efficient office flow.
Financial Services: Process patient payments and handle daily billing tasks accurately.
Insurance Coordination: Perform insurance verification, obtain detailed benefit breakdowns, and enter information into the system.
Administrative Support: Scan documents, maintain digital patient records, and assist with various clerical duties to support the clinical team.
