Qualifications:
Education:

Experience:
โ€ข One year of Front Desk experience in hotels preferred
โ€ข One year of experience working in customers service or a guest-facing role required
โ€ข Full understanding and comfort working on a computer with MS Suite-Outlook, Word, Excel
โ€ข Previous experience with PMS systems a plus.
