Job description

ACA, une entreprise de formation linguistique, est à la recherche de personnes dynamiques, polyvalentes, professionnelles et fiables pour administrer des évaluations en français à temps partiel pour ses nouveaux clients.

Les candidats.es doivent avoir un bon jugement, une approche conviviale, et être en mesure d'évaluer le niveau de français langue seconde des apprenants en appliquant la méthodologie interne ACA. Ils ou elles doivent avoir un soin du détail, des connaissances grammaticales, et une bonne oreille pour la prononciation et pour noter les erreurs de l'interlocuteur. L'expérience en enseignement d'une langue seconde est un atout.

Salaire : 20-23$ l'heure

Évaluations Apprenant/Tests de classement (niveau expert en français) :

  • Expliquer le processus d'évaluation et rassurer le client (de l'anglais pourrait être nécessaire pour les niveaux débutants)
  • Évaluer les compétences de communication en français orale par téléphone ou en ligne pour les clients en entreprise. Utiliser les questions du test de classement ACA
  • Extraire les données de l'évaluation en ligne et évaluer le niveau de succès.
  • Appliquer la méthodologie d'évaluation ACA et classer les apprenants dans un des niveaux de langue ACA
  • Taper à une vitesse de frappe minimum de 30 MPM afin de transcrire les réponses et de prendre notes. Maintenir la conversation avec le client.
  • Donner une description et évaluation précise des compétences de l'apprenant, et faire le suivi avec le coordonnateur en évaluation au besoin
  • Compléter le dossier d'inscription et donner des rétroactions dans le dossier du client
  • Planifier et replanifier les rendez-vous pour les évaluations avec le Calendrier Microsoft et le logiciel Calendly
  • Gérer les fichiers et dossiers apprenants et des évaluations consécutives avec efficacité, en respectant le temps du client. Maintenir un rythme et un horaire stable.
  • Faire le suivi avec un coordonnateur ACA au besoin

ACA, a top-tier language training supplier, is currently hiring dynamic, multitalented, professional, and reliable individuals to perform French language evaluations part-time for its new clients.

Candidates must possess a good judgement, friendly approach, and be able to evaluate the French level of second language learners using ACA's internal methodology. They must apply excellent attention to detail, grammar knowledge, and have an ear for pronunciation and noting speaker's mistakes. Second language teaching experience is an asset.

Salary: $20-23 per hour

Learner Evaluations/Placement Tests (expert level of French required):

  • Explain evaluation process and reassure learner (some English may be required for lower-level speakers)
  • Evaluate learner's French oral communication skills using placement test questions over the phone or online for corporate classes
  • Retrieve online placement test results and assess learner's success
  • Apply ACA's evaluation method and place students in one of ACA's language levels
  • Type at a minimum speed of 30 WPM to transcribe responses and take notes while maintaining a conversation with the client
  • Provide accurate description and assessment of learner's competency, and follow-up with evaluation coordinator as necessary
  • Complete registration file and provide feedback in learner file
  • Book or rebook appointments for placement tests using Microsoft Calendar & Calendly software
  • Manage multiple learner files and back-to-back evaluations efficiently, respecting client time and maintaining steady rhythm and schedule
  • Follow up with ACA Account Coordinator as necessary
