Job description

About us

SoloLeads (ALON LEADS LLC) is a Miami-based lead generation company serving

U.S. home improvement contractors — roofing, solar, HVAC and impact windows.

We connect homeowners who request quotes with qualified local contractors.

We're a young, fast-growing team and this is an early role with room to grow.

The role

As a Lead Qualifier, you are the first voice our leads hear. You call

homeowners who have requested information, confirm their details, ask a short

set of qualifying questions, and pass the qualified ones to our contractor

partners.

Responsibilities

- Call and follow up with inbound leads (no cold calling)

- Qualify homeowners using a simple script and checklist

- Log every call and outcome accurately in our tracking sheet

- Follow up by text and email when a lead doesn't pick up

- Flag quality issues and share feedback on what's working

Schedule & pay

- $18–$20/hour, depending on experience

- Part-time: 15–20 hours per week

- Monday to Friday, afternoons (schedule agreed together)

- Remote, with occasional meetings at our Miami office as needed

- W-2 position, bi-weekly pay

Requirements

- Fluent in English AND French (spoken and written) — required

- Spanish is a strong plus, but not required

- Based in the Miami area

- Comfortable on the phone and speaking with homeowners every day

- Reliable, organized, and consistent with follow-up

- Reliable internet, a quiet place to work, and a smartphone or computer

- No sales experience required — we train you

Hiring process

Shortlisted candidates will be asked to send a short voice note introducing

themselves in English and French (and Spanish if they speak it), followed by

a quick call.
