Job Description:

We are seeking a motivated Laboratory Technician to join our team in Watsonville, CA, for Powder Metallurgy Alloying using a rotary ball mill. This is an entry-level, part-time role with training provided and the opportunity to grow into a career as production scales.

Responsibilities:

●  Operate basic chemistry lab equipment and a rotary ball mill (training provided).

●  Conduct micro powder metal alloying to produce a specific alloy.

●  Keep detailed lab notes for process tracking and improvement.

●  Communicate with the equipment manufacturer for troubleshooting and optimization.

●  Report progress to the project team.

Requirements:

●  Familiarity with basic lab equipment (e.g., beakers, scales, pipettes).

●  Willingness to learn and operate a rotary ball mill (no prior experience required).

●  Reliable transportation to Watsonville, CA.
