Job description

Description:

We are currently looking for freelancers based in Florida, Illinois, Washington, and Oregon.


Our Freelancer role is a sales driven role that specializes in in-store support at Ulta. Responsible for increasing sales volume and productivity by providing an exceptional in-store experience and effective education to improve brand awareness.


Responsibilities:

  • Achieve product sales by recruiting potential clients, consulting and building a sale in an Ulta environment.
  • Train on product benefits, ingredients, and application techniques in-store.
  • Execute retention check, role play, and practice open ended questions/phrases during training.
  • Successfully plan and execute events at store level with the support of Account Coordinator and/or Director.
  • Build strong, collaborative relationships with store teams and other brand partners.
  • Regular communication with Morphe team, providing valuable feedback from in-store such as:
  • Customer and competitive feedback, inventory and merchandising issues, opportunities to participate in additional support, etc.
  • Results-driven sales tracking and reporting to help achieve corporate goals.
  • Maintain a consistent calendar of visiting stores on peak days and hours.
  • Ensure Morphe gondolas, endcaps and towers are visually impeccable and in accordance with Morphe merchandising standards.

Qualifications:

  • 3+ years beauty retail experience in Ulta and/or Sephora required.
  • Makeup artist experience required.
  • Must be passionate about beauty and artistry.
  • Must be comfortable applying makeup, giving recommendations, and shade matching to all skin tones.
  • Excellent organization and communication skills; written, verbal and presentation.
  • Memorable, positive attitude, and professional presence.
  • Ability to work a flexible work schedule- weekends required.
  • Ability to speak to a group, inspire and motivate teams.
  • Must be willing to travel locally a needed.
  • Requires a valid driver’s licenses and a reliable means of transportation.

  • Self-motivated individual with multitasking skills.
