We provide a structured training program that includes lectures, hands-on practice, group learning, and testing to ensure you gain the skills needed to succeed. If you’re someone who enjoys solving problems, working with technology, and learning new things, we encourage you to apply.

This role is in-office in Superior, CO (Boulder area), where you’ll work closely with our team in a fast-paced, collaborative environment. Our office is situated right on open space with trails just steps from the door, providing easy access to the outdoors. Whether you want to take a quick walk on a break, get in a morning run, or enjoy some fresh air after work, you’ll have the perfect environment to balance work and wellness. As you develop skills and gain confidence, there will be opportunities to work from home part-time.

Why Join ROR Partners?

  • Hands-on training – Learn directly from experienced digital media professionals.

  • Cutting-edge industry – Work with top platforms like Google, Meta, The Trade Desk, and TikTok.
  • Work-Life Balance – Enjoy immediate access to scenic trails and open space right outside the office for pre-work runs, midday walks, or post-work fresh air.
  • Collaborative environment – Be part of a supportive, high-growth team that values innovation and learning.

Key Responsibilities:

Ad Trafficking & Campaign Execution

  • Assist in setting up, launching, and managing digital ad campaigns across programmatic, social, and search platforms.
  • Ensure all creative assets, tracking tags, and targeting parameters are correctly implemented.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve trafficking issues to ensure campaigns run smoothly.

Quality Assurance (QA) & Troubleshooting

  • Conduct thorough QA checks to verify campaign setup accuracy before launch.
  • Identify and resolve discrepancies in campaign performance, tracking, or delivery.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to resolve technical issues related to ad serving and data discrepancies.

Performance Monitoring & Reporting

  • Support campaign monitoring to ensure ads are pacing correctly and delivering as expected.
  • Assist in compiling reports, pulling data from various platforms, and identifying key insights.
  • Work with senior team members to optimize campaigns based on performance metrics.

Training & Skill Development

  • Participate in a structured training program that includes lectures, hands-on learning, testing, and group collaboration.
  • Develop expertise in ad-serving platforms, DSPs, and social media ad managers.
  • Stay up to date on emerging advertising technologies, trends, and best practices.

Who You Are:

  • Analytical & Detail-Oriented – You enjoy solving puzzles, spotting patterns, and catching small details that others might miss.
  • Curious & Tech-Savvy – You love learning new platforms, tools, and processes, even if you don’t have direct experience yet.
  • Problem-Solver – When faced with a challenge, you take the initiative to research, test solutions, and find a resolution.
  • Organized & Proactive – You can manage multiple tasks and deadlines while keeping track of the details.
  • Eager to Learn – You’re excited to gain hands-on experience in digital advertising and grow within a fast-paced industry.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree preferred but not required—what matters most is your ability to think analytically, solve problems, and learn quickly.
  • No prior digital advertising experience required—we’ll teach you everything you need to know.
  • Comfort with Excel/Google Sheets (basic formulas, organization, and working with data).
  • Any experience with digital marketing concepts, ad platforms, analytics tools, or coding (SQL, Python, JavaScript) is a plus but not required.

Compensation & Growth

  • Starting Annual Compensation: $45,000
  • Sign-On Bonus – $2,500 Paid upon completing the first three months of training.
  • Salary Growth – $2,500 salary increase at 6 months, and $2,500 increase at one year.
