Job description

Job Requirements

Performs the work of a Social Worker (MSW) for residents in a Partial Hospitalization Program (PHP). The Partial Hospital Therapist will be responsible for facilitating partial hospitalization services and assessments as determined by and according to program standards.


Work Experience

Required: Current Maryland Social Worker License in good standing. Valid Driver's License.

Licensed Clinical Social Worker LCSW-C, Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor LCPC State of Maryland Preferredย 

Will consider Licensed Masters Social Worker (LMSW).ย 

Required: 2 years post-master's degree

Preferred: 3 or more yearsย 

Working knowledge of the DSM 5, psychotherapy, psychodynamics, therapeutic techniques, interviewing skills, family, and group theories and cognitive behavioral theory processes. Possess excellent communication and problem-solving skills. Ability to work effectively with team members. Proficiency with computers and technology to include video conferencing, data entry, electronic medical records, and Microsoft Office
