Job Description:

SYNERGY HomeCare of Silicon Valley, award winning company of "Provider of Choice" and "Employer of Choice", is seeking compassionate, dependable individuals to provide care for memory care/dementia patients in a supportive, home-based setting. This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking for flexible, part-time work. Top caregiver pay for these Guide Program Assignments. Opportunity for growth with company if desired.

Shifts are 4 hour, short-term assignments. You will care for different clients each week, and the number of assignments each week will vary based on client need.


What We’re Looking For:

  • Kind, patient, and reliable individuals

  • Comfortable working with seniors with dementia

  • Strong communication skills

  • Ability to pass background screening and TB test. You will need to register as a HomeCare Aide (HCA) with the State of California.
