Occupational Therapist (OT) – Home Health | Stamford, CT | Part-Time or 1099 | $65–$85 Per Visit.

Stern at Home Therapy is hiring an Occupational Therapist (OT) to provide one-on-one care to patients in their homes in the Stamford, CT area.

We offer both part-time W-2 employment with benefits and a flexible 1099 contractor option, allowing you to choose the structure that best fits your professional goals and availability.

This opportunity is ideal for a licensed Occupational Therapist seeking flexible home health work, competitive per-visit compensation, clinical autonomy, and the ability to treat one patient at a time, with support from an established administrative and clinical team.

Compensation Options:
  • Part-Time W-2: $65 per follow-up visit and $75 for 4-unit evaluations.
  • 1099 Contractor: $72 per follow-up visit and $85 per 4-unit evaluation.

What You'll Do:
As an Occupational Therapist with Stern at Home Therapy, you will evaluate and treat patients in their homes throughout the Stamford area.

Responsibilities include:
  • Perform occupational therapy evaluations and develop individualized plans of care.
  • Provide one-on-one treatment based on each patient's functional needs and goals.
  • Develop and manage treatment plans with clinical autonomy.
  • Complete accurate and timely clinical documentation.
  • Communicate with patients, families, physicians, and members of the clinical team.
  • Coordinate with our scheduling and administrative teams regarding patient care and logistics.
  • Manage your caseload based on your availability and patient needs.
