Job description

Part Time Videographer/Content Creator
Schedule: Maximum of 30 hours a week. Must be available to come onsite for filming/collaboration Monday-Friday between the hours of 8:00am and 5:00pm.
Pay to be determined based on experience, starting at $25/hr.

Position Overview
Lantech is looking for a creative and technically skilled Part-Time Videographer / Content Creator to help tell our story and showcase our products through high-quality video content.
In this role, you’ll film and produce videos used for training, sales, marketing, and brand storytelling. Much of the work involves capturing equipment operation and product features, as well as creating content that highlights our people, culture, and company history.
You’ll collaborate closely with marketing, technical experts, HR, and sales teams to bring ideas to life through compelling visual storytelling.
Here’s a Glimpse at What You’ll Do
Capture and edit professional video content for training, marketing, and sales initiatives
Build and maintain a video library showcasing machine operation, features, and benefits
Produce culture and storytelling content, including associate interviews and company events
Collaborate with subject matter experts to develop concepts and scripts
Provide input on timelines, production approach, and creative direction
Manage projects from concept through final delivery
Follow and help evolve global video brand standards
Partner cross-functionally with marketing, HR, technical training, and service teams
Project Mix:
~80% Product and equipment video content
~20% Culture, events, and brand storytelling projects
What We’re Looking For
Required Skills amp; Qualifications:

Must own professional video camera and lighting equipment capable of producing full HD video
Strong experience with Adobe Creative Suite (Premiere Pro, After Effects, etc.)
Available to work onsite for filming and collaboration
Comfortable working within a collaborative review and editing process
Strong storytelling, writing, and communication skills
Ability to translate technical topics into engaging video content
Portfolio or demo reel required for consideration
Preferred Experience:
Experience filming in manufacturing or industrial environments is a plus
Photography capability is a plus
