Throughout both phases, the Server Assistant remains guest-focused, communicates effectively with the team, and upholds all cleanliness, health, and safety standards, including compliance with NC food safety and ABC regulations, while contributing to a collaborative, โ€œOne Team, One Dreamโ€ work environment.

  • Accurately run food and beverage orders to tables with urgency and professionalism
  • Demonstrate comprehensive knowledge of menu items, ingredients, and preparation methods
  • Confidently describe dishes to guests when delivering food
  • Ensure proper presentation and accuracy before food leaves the kitchen
  • Serve as a liaison between kitchen and service team to maintain flow and timing

Guest Experience

  • Interact with guests in a friendly and helpful manner
  • Remain attentive to dining room needs to support a positive and welcoming atmosphere
  • Stay guest-focused and responsive to service cues

  • Maintain professional communication with team members and guests
  • Work collaboratively in a โ€œOne Team, One Dreamโ€ environment

Runner Role addition

  • Communicate clearly with kitchen and front-of-house teams to ensure accuracy and efficiency

Cleanliness, Health, and Safety Standards

  • Ensure all work surfaces are kept in neat and tidy condition throughout service
  • Maintain clean work areas throughout service
  • Comply with all NC Department of Food and Safety regulations

Runner Role addition

  • Monitor food handling practices to ensure quality and safety standards are upheld

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Minimum of 3 months full service food service experience
  • Customer-oriented and upbeat personality
  • Must be eligible to work in the United States
  • Exceptional organizational and operational skills, and detail-oriented
  • Excellent interpersonal skills, including tact and professionalism in dealing with staff, customers, and management

*Ability to work a flexible schedule to include AM/PM shifts, weekends, and holidays

EDUCATION:
High School diploma, general education degree or international equivalent preferred, but not required.
PHYSICAL ABILITY:

  • Ability to be on your feet and alert for extended periods of time
  • Ability to lift up to 35 lbs. as needed
  • Ability to carry and balance heavy food & beverage trays
