Job description

Looking for a part time RN with a minimum of 1 year hospital experience to work part time in our office anticoagulation clinic.
Responsible for educating, monitoring and dosing patients on anticoagulation therapy for a large cardiology practice based on policies and protocols.
Skills:
- Critical thinking skills and a professional attitude
- Must be a team player, but able to work independently
- Must be able to communicate directions clearly to patients over the phone and in person.
- EMR documentation experience, Epic preferred
- Cardiology or Critical Care experience preferred
