What You'll Do
  • Complete nursing assessments and monitor residents' health and overall well-being
  • Observe, document, and communicate changes in resident condition
  • Safely administer and document medications while following nursing best practices
  • Provide guidance, education, and clinical support to caregiving staff
  • Assist with resident care planning and collaborate with the interdisciplinary care team
  • Partner with physicians, therapists, pharmacies, hospice providers, and other healthcare professionals to coordinate resident care
  • Respond professionally to resident and family questions and concerns
  • Maintain accurate clinical documentation and medication records
  • Ensure compliance with state regulations, company policies, and nursing standards
  • Protect resident confidentiality while promoting a safe, compassionate environment
What We're Looking For
  • Current LPN or RN license in the State of Utah
  • Knowledge of quality nursing practices and assisted living regulations
  • Previous experience in assisted living, senior living, long-term care, rehabilitation, memory care, or skilled nursing preferred
  • Strong clinical assessment, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to lead, coach, and support caregiving staff while fostering teamwork
