Eddy Memorial Geriatric Center has an opportunity for an experienced RN to take the next step developmentally in their nursing profession and help lead a team of nurses in a supportive and nurturing facility! The team is looking for a RN Supervisor to work every other Saturday and Sunday from 7pm-7am!

Earn an elevated flat rate of $66.50 per hour for your scheduled weekend track shifts and qualify for Part-Time benefits in this role!

The selected candidate will be responsible for, but not limited to:

  • On behalf of the Director of Nursing, provides for the continuity of nursing services in the development, implementation and evaluation of quality nursing care to residents and families
  • Will serve as the on-site administrative person for the facility and oversee staff to promote patient and staff safety
  • Demonstrates the organization's commitment to sound ethical business practices as directed by the Corporate Compliance Office and approved by the Board of Trustees
  • Demonstrate SPHP's Standards of Behavior and Core Values


Minimum Requirements:

  • Valid NYS RN license
  • Associate's degree in nursing
  • Current CPR and BLS or achieve with onsite training
  • 1+ yr of experience as a RN


Preferred Requirements:

  • 1+ yr of experience in a leadership role overseeing staff
  • 1 + yr of experience in a Skilled Nursing Facility
  • MDS experience
  • Bachelor's degree in nursing
  • Highest level of customer service while completing day to day duties and responsibilities
  • Excellent communication in a fast pace work environment across teams on different shifts
  • Strong engagement within a team setting
  • Leadership and mentorship skills overseeing RNs, LPNs and C.N.A staff
  • Passion to learn, grow and develop in the nursing field


Pay Range:

Flat Weekend Track Nights Rate - $66.50

Experience Based Rate: $44.00 - $58.10
Pay is based on experience, skills, and education. Exempt positions under the Fair Labor Standards Act (FLSA) will be paid within the base salary equivalent of the stated hourly rates. The pay range may also vary within the stated range based on location.
