Part-Time | Registered Nurse (RN)
Currently Available Schedules and Shifts:
- Evening Shift: 6:00pm - 10:30pm | 20 hours per two-week pay period | Five, 4-hour shifts, include working every other weekend
- Evening/Midnight Shift: 6:00pm - 6:30am | 48 hours per two-week pay period | Four 12 hour shifts, Every Wednesday night and Every Friday night
- All positions available include working every other holiday

-Provide direct nursing care to residents in accordance with individualized care plans and physician orders
-Administer medications and treatments safely while monitoring resident response and effectiveness
-Document care accurately and timely in the electronic health record
-Communicate significant changes in condition to the Nurse Manager, physicians, and family members, ensuring appropriate follow-up
-Provide guidance and support to CENAs to promote quality, person-centered care
-Foster a respectful, compassionate environment for residents, families, and team members
Minimum Qualifications
-Degree obtained from an accredited nursing program.
-Must be in good standing with the Michigan Board of Nursing and have a current MI RN license.
-Minimum of one-year previous experience as a nurse preferred but not required.
-Current CPR certification
-Working knowledge of state and federal healthcare regulations
-Strong written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills
-Demonstrated sound judgment and professional integrity
-Commitment to compassionate, person-centered customer service
-Ability to meet the physical demands of the position, including lifting and transferring residents

-Minimum of one year nursing experience preferred, but not required
-Experience in senior living, long-term care, or memory care preferred
