RN will provide specialized, continuous, and high-level care to critically ill or unstable patients. RN will manage complex life-support equipment, administer medications, track rapid shifts in patient status, and work alongside multidisciplinary healthcare teams. Monitor mechanical ventilators and continuous renal replacement therapy (CRRT). Conduct head-to-toe physical assessments and continuously monitor vital signs, cardiac rhythms, and hemodynamic parameters.

Education:Must be a graduate of an approved school of nursing asevidencedby verification of state licensure.

Experience:Two years of experience in an ICU setting is preferred.

Licenses/Certificates:Current Tennessee or Compact State registered nurse licenserequired. Current BLS and ACLS required. If not ACLS certified on hire, mustacquirewithin30 days.
