Semper Delivery is an Amazon DSP (Delivery Service Partner) seeking delivery drivers to join our top tier, well established, and growing team. DSPs are independent businesses that partner with Amazon to deliver packages. Our Delivery Drivers strive to get every Amazon order to the customer’s door on-time. NO CDL or experience required! We fully train you for this position.

Job Description

Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Provide excellent customer service and deliver “Smiles”.
  • Safely drive your company provided vehicle while following all local & state laws, road and driving regulations, and company policies and best practices.
  • Perform safety inspections on company vehicles.
  • Keep the required pace in a physically demanding job; getting in and out of a van 150 to 200 times a day.
  • Load and unload packages up to 50lbs each in the delivery vehicle.
  • Communicate effectively and efficiently with the dispatch or support team to ensure deliveries are completed in a safe, accurate and timely manner.
  • Use of smartphone device for GPS Navigation, scanning packages, and communicating with customers, and support if needed.
Qualifications

Driver Requirements:

  • Must be at least 21 years old with a valid and clear driver’s license for the past 7 years.
  • Authorized to work in the United States and have all proper documentation.
  • Must pass a Pre-Employment Drug Test.
  • Must be able to clearly communicate in English.

Additional Information

Compensation & Benefits & Schedule:

  • $21 per hour (paid biweekly) plus performance bonus that increases with tenure.
  • Shifts are 10 hours per day starting at 9:20 am.
  • Full Time =  4 scheduled days of 10 hours each. (Must work 1 weekend day each week)
  • Part Time= Saturday or Sunday, plus two other weekday
  • 2 day Part Time= Saturday and Sunday
  • 2 paid 15-minute breaks during your shift, and a 30-minute meal break.
