Job Overview
Express Employment has partnered with a local company in Dubuque, IA, to search for an experienced Mason. The ideal candidate will have 3-5 years of experience in masonry work and will be responsible for constructing and repairing structures made of brick, block, and stone.
Key Responsibilities:
- Construct and repair structures made of brick, block, and stone.
- Read and interpret blueprints and plans.
- Mix mortar and grout, and spread it onto a slab or foundation.
- Lay bricks, blocks, or stones according to plans.
- Ensure the structural integrity and aesthetics of the masonry work.
- Collaborate with other construction professionals to complete projects on time.
Qualifications:
- 3-5 years of experience in masonry work.
- Strong attention to detail and craftsmanship.
