Duties and Responsibilities:
  • Prepares food in accordance with standardized recipes and therapeutic diets
  • Oversee all aspects of preparation, distribution, storage, and sanitation to assure all staff adheres to established procedures
  • Follows established safety, security, and sanitation precautions
  • Maintains production and temperature records accurately
