North America Select Services (NASS) is seeking passionate Mental Health Technicians to join the team and have an immediate impact on expanding success and growing our services and fulfilling our mission of providing quality behavioral health services.
NASS offers a seasoned management team that understands in the staffing industry, one size does not fit all. We focus on developing our organizational infrastructure and working closely with our client partners to develop workforces that meet each individual client’s requirements and needs.
Job Skills / Requirements
Job duties and responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
  • Ensure the safety and well-being of all residents at all times.
  • Cook and serve meals. Follow the facility menu as posted.
  • Responsible for completing items listed on the facility Chore Sheet as directed by the administrator.
  • Responsible for assuring all residents are treated with dignity and respect.
  • Responsible for the supervision of all resident medication procedures. Ensure that all residents receive their proper medication at the proper time. All narcotics will be counted and documented on each shift.
  • Daily chart documentation
Requirements:
  • Experience working with Mental health clients is preferred.
  • Open Availability a MUST
  • A valid Texas Driver's license or ID
  • Certifications are not required for this position.
  • Sama Training
  • First Aid CPR training
  • COVID-19 Vaccine
