At PYG Therapy, we’re hiring compassionate and motivated Physical Therapists (PT/DPT) to provide pediatric home health services throughout Arizona. Position Overview

In this role, you will:

  • Provide pediatric physical therapy services in the home setting
  • Develop and implement individualized treatment plans
  • Complete ongoing documentation of patient performance and progress
  • Educate and coach caregivers to support carryover of therapeutic skills
  • Collaborate with families and interdisciplinary team members
  • Maintain communication regarding patient updates, progress, and care needs
  • Build meaningful relationships with children and families
