Their main responsibilities include inspecting structures for fire hazards, checking fire suppression systems, reviewing safety plans, and educating property owners about fire prevention. They may work for local government agencies, fire departments, or private companies, and their schedules can vary based on the organization's needs. Part-time roles offer flexibility while still contributing to public safety.
