FINANCE COORDINATOR

Responsible for ensuring that each customer receives outstanding service by providing a friendly environment which includes maintaining outstanding standards, solid product knowledge, and processing transactions efficiently.

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Greet all customers and sales professionals in a friendly manner
  • Maintain an awareness of all product knowledge information, merchandise promotions, test merchandise and advertisements.
  • Accurately and efficiently complete all sales transactions and maintain proper cash and media accountability at POS registers.
  • Ensure to review all orders with customers to maintain accuracy
  • Adhere to all Company policies, procedures and practices including signing, pricing, and loss prevention.
  • Communicate Guest requests to management.
  • Any other duties as assigned by management.

QUALIFICATIONS

  • At least 1-year experience of cash handling experience
  • High School Diploma or GED
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Enjoy working with the public
  • Must be organized and able to work in a fast-paced and occasionally high-stress environment
  • Successful candidate must be available nights, weekends, and holidays
  • Intermediate understanding of MS Office
  • The ability to learn new programs and systems easily
  • Bilingual (Spanish/English) a +

PHYSICAL DEMANDS

Most all of the time is spent sitting, standing/walking or there is some requirement to lift or handle material or equipment of moderate weight (8-20 pounds).
