Our part-time, paid internship program provides hands-on experience in a dynamic, innovative environment within the entertainment industry. Interns can work up to 29 hours per week with a flexible schedule to accommodate academic commitments. Participants will engage in real projects, gaining practical industry insights while developing professional skills through workshops and career-building sessions. The program also features guest speaker events with industry experts, networking opportunities with professionals and fellow interns, and exclusive perks such as company outings, team-building activities, and access to film and media screenings.


Summary


Legendary is currently seeking an intern to assist their Post Production Team. The internship will give you a first-hand experience on how a Studio Post Production team works. The intern will be exposed to a wide variety of post-production workflows, film archival processes, and assist with tasks to help run the departmentโ€™s daily operations.


Responsibilities

  • Assist in running QCโ€™s, Screenings and Previews on- and off-site for various shows
  • Assist in actor and ADR stage booking as needed
  • Maintain an up-to-date Editor Availability Lists
  • Maintain department contact lists and trackers
  • Track POs and invoices for various shows and vendors
  • Help with Marketing requests for sizzle reels and presentations as needed
  • Assist with show deliveries to Studios and Legendary East/China as needed
  • Assist Digital Asset Manager with ingest, delivery, and digital asset tracking
  • Assist with department-wide calendar as needed
  • Assist with editorial cutting room set upโ€™s/tear-downโ€™s as needed
  • Support editorial crews on- and off- site
Requirements:
  • Must be enrolled in a college/university taking at least one class in the semester/quarter (Fall/Spring) prior to participation in the internship program OR must have graduated from a college/university within the past six (6) months
  • A GPA of 3.5 or above is highly preferred
  • Must be at least 18 years of age
  • Must possess unrestricted work authorization
  • Experience using PowerPoint, Excel, and general Microsoft Office applications
  • Proficiency in Airtable a plus
  • Interest in Film and Post Production workflow
  • Knowledge of video formats and experience with editing applications such as Adobe Premiere, FCP Pro a plus but not required
