Job description

Report Specialist

Department: Operations

Reports To: Special Investigations Manager

Location: Remote

Employment Type: Part-Time

Summary of Role and Position

SIU Report Specialists create final reports and invoices for our clients by compiling information from our investigators, following client instructions, and following our reporting and formatting protocols. The ideal candidate will possess a sense of urgency, excellent verbal and written communication skills, intermediate computer skills, and sound judgment. Additionally, this candidate must be a calm professional who works well under pressure and with colleagues and managers within the company.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities
  • Manage ongoing administrative responsibilities including reports and other documents required by intercompany departments.

  • Compile reports, following The Robison Group's formatting and reporting protocol, and generate invoices for each report based on specific client rates and specifications.

  • Manage completed report and invoices ensuring requirements are delivered as the client instructed, as well as ensuring requirements are delivered into ROC

  • Flag files based on developed information and provide updates to appropriate parties of potential findings.

  • Attend virtual meetings as delegated by management.

  • Prioritize workload based on case deadline and urgency.

  • Deliver final investigation reports and invoices to the appropriate parties (e.g., Case Director, Case Manager, Finance).

  • Enter all reports and invoices into the case management system and manage each case file.
