Location: West Fargo Headquarters
Shift and Time: Part-Time, Flexible

Summary:
  • Provide administrative and transactional support to the Accounting team across a variety of accounting functions.
  • Assist with data entry, invoice processing, account reconciliations, and other routine accounting activities.
  • Prepare and process journal entries while supporting general ledger reconciliations.
  • Organize, maintain, and file financial records, including invoices, receipts, statements, and supporting documentation.
  • Assist in preparing financial reports by gathering, analyzing, and verifying financial data.
  • Identify, research, and report discrepancies to support accurate financial reporting.
  • Compile and organize documentation for internal and external audits, ensuring compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements.
  • Collaborate with accounting staff and cross-functional departments to support financial operations and resolve issues.
  • Gain practical experience using accounting software, financial systems, and reporting tools in a professional business environment.
  • Maintain confidentiality of sensitive financial information while demonstrating professionalism and attention to detail.
  • Apply foundational accounting knowledge to support day-to-day financial processes and continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.

Qualifications, Knowledge, Skills and Abilities: High School diploma or equivalency is required. Currently pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or Business with a minimum GPA of 3.5.
